Who you're buying from
Class bookings on this site are sold by Explosive Boxing Ltd (company no. 15464881), 20 Brymore Road, Canterbury, CT1 1JE. Classes run at: Unit 8, City Business Park, Canterbury, CT1 1DX. Questions or complaints? Message us on WhatsApp (+44 7401 898080) and we'll sort it out.
What you're booking
A place in a specific class on a specific date and time, shown before you pay. The price you see is the full price. There are no extra fees. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you book, and your place is confirmed by email once payment completes. If payment doesn't complete, the place is released and you are not charged.
Cancellations & refunds
Classes are booked for a specific date and time, so the 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases doesn't apply. Our policy: cancel at least 24 hours before your class starts and we'll give you a refund. Within 24 hours of the class you can't cancel online. Message us and we'll help. If we ever have to cancel a class, we'll move you to another class free of charge or refund you in full.
To move a booking, use the link in your confirmation email, up to an hour before the class. To cancel, use the same link, up to 24 hours before the class. You can also reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp and we'll cancel it for you.
Your health declaration
Boxing and fitness training is vigorous exercise. When you book, we ask you to confirm a short health declaration (the standard pre-exercise questions, known as a PAR-Q: heart condition, chest pain, dizziness, bone or joint problems, blood-pressure or heart medication, pregnancy). If any apply to you, please speak to your GP before booking.
By ticking the declaration you confirm your answers are accurate and that you take part voluntarily, accepting the ordinary physical risks of boxing fitness training. Nothing in that declaration or these terms removes our duty to take reasonable care of you, and nothing excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Age: 16 and over
Our classes are for ages 16 and over. If you're 16 or 17 you're welcome to book. You'll confirm you're 16 or over when you book. We're not able to take bookings for under-16s.
Class passes
Class passes (4 classes for £50, 8 for £95, 10 for £110) can be bought online. You choose your classes as part of buying the pass, so everything is booked in one go. There is nothing to redeem later.
What you are buying
When you buy a pass you book all of its classes there and then. You pick one date and time for each class, all within 31 days of your first class. Your pass is linked to the email address you buy it with, and the last date you can attend is shown on your pass and in your receipt.
Changing a class
Need to change a class? You can move any of them to another date up to an hour before it starts, as long as the new date is still within the 31 days. If we cancel a class you booked, we'll move you to another one or refund it.
Refunds
Need a refund? Refunds are handled by the gym directly, so just get in touch and we'll talk it through.
Passes are for the person whose email they're bought with and can't be transferred. Classes that reach their use-by date can no longer be used. If that happens and it feels unfair, message us on WhatsApp and we'll take a look.
If a class changes
Occasionally we have to change a coach, move a class, or cancel one. If your class is cancelled we'll email you, and you'll get a free move to another class or a full refund, your choice.
